Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Dealszen. While we strive to ensure that you have an excellent shopping experience with us, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you find that you need to exchange a product, please read our exchange policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for making an exchange.
Please note: We do not offer any refunds in the form of cash or payments. We only provide exchanges on all our products.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Our exchange policy is applicable only if the wrong item is delivered, or if the item delivered is damaged. The customer must notify us about the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. After that, the exchange policy is applicable for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase:
To initiate the exchange process, we require proof in the form of images of the package sent to our email and the product in its original packaging. The images should be clear and unaltered.
Requesting an Exchange:
If you wish to request an exchange, please mail us at support@dealszen.in. Please provide your order number, contact details, and the reason for the exchange request. We will schedule a pickup for the return of the product.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any damages. If the product is in its original condition, we will initiate the exchange process. Please note that the replacement will be subject to availability.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product is not in its original condition or if the exchange request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
